As a partner with parents, LCA seeks to educate our students in mind, body, and spirit and desires to give each student an opportunity to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We want to help students reach their maximum potential in all three areas of their lives. LCA prepares students to go out into the world to serve God as leaders in their chosen vocations.
Our curriculum contains an assortment of textbooks that the curriculum committee believes does the best job presenting the material from a Biblical perspective. In addition, LCA uses a plethora of supplemental materials that provide real world application and hands-on learning experiences. Various methodological approaches are used to maximize student's learning styles.
Bible classes, weekly upper school and elementary chapel services, mission trips, and community service projects through our "Warriors in Action" program all add to the Christian experiences. LCA Seniors are invited to take an international missions trip prior to graduation.
Students enjoy learning in small class sizes that allow for more interaction with teachers.
Full-service hot lunch program is provided at the school.
Club activities vary based on student interest. Yearbook, Chick-Fil- A Leader Academy, Worship Team, Bible Club, International Thespian Society, Images theatre club, and National Honor Society are some of the clubs and honor societies.
