Step 1: Connect 

Attend an Open House or schedule a personal tour

Get to know our campus, meet our dedicated staff, and experience the heart of Life Center Academy. Learn how we partner with families to provide a Christ-centered education that nurtures both academic growth and spiritual development.

Step 2: Apply

Begin your official application

Once you've explored what LCA has to offer, you can begin the application process. Submit your forms and required documents through Gradelink to take the next step toward joining our school family.

Step 3: Commit

Receive your admissions decision and plan your next steps

Admission decisions are based on a completed application, student testing, academic recommendations, and a review of previous school records. Our Admissions Committee will notify you of the decision. If accepted, we’ll walk alongside you as you prepare for an exciting year at LCA.

Please stay in close communication with our office throughout the process to ensure timely updates. 

Important: Application Requirements

Only complete applications will be reviewed. Be sure to upload the following documents to your child’s Gradelink portal:

• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Records
• Report Cards from the past three years (Kindergarten exempt)
• Standardized Test Results from the past three years (Kindergarten exempt)
• Disciplinary and Attendance Records (Kindergarten exempt)
• Current Photo of the Student
• Application for Private School Transportation
• Parent and Applicant Agreement
• Student Application (Grades 6-12 only)
• Student References (2) 

Student Reference Forms
This form must be completed by a current teacher, administrator, or pastor who knows the student well. It may not be completed by a parent, guardian, family member, or the student. All information is confidential and must be submitted directly to the Admissions Office, not returned to the applicant or family.

Application Fee
In addition to uploading all required documents, please submit the non-refundable application fee. Applications will not be reviewed until payment is received.
